It depends on the course. Starting Out in AI is built for complete beginners — no prior coding knowledge needed. Hands-On Machine Learning assumes basic Python familiarity, and Shipping Real AI Applications suits those who have already worked through a machine learning course. Each course description includes a clear note on who it suits.

Generally six to eight hours per week covers lessons, exercises, and the weekly live session. We've designed the workload to be manageable alongside a regular job or study schedule, but completing the course well does take consistent effort. We're honest about that from the start.

Yes, all live sessions are recorded and available to enrolled learners shortly after each session. We know schedules don't always cooperate. That said, attending live gives you the chance to ask questions and engage with your cohort, which many learners find valuable.

Yes, the three courses form a natural progression — from foundational Python and AI concepts, through building and understanding models, to shipping complete applications. Many learners work through all three over the course of a year or so. Each can also be taken independently if you're already at that level.

Yes. Every cohort has a community space where you can post questions, share progress, or ask for a second look at your code. Mentors and course facilitators are active there during the week. You're not left to work through problems alone.
