From your first line of Python to a shipped AI application
Three structured courses that progress naturally — each one complete in itself, and each one building toward the next stage of practical capability.
Back to HomeHow we've structured the learning
Every course at Daya Cipta is built around the same core approach: clear structure, real code, written feedback, and live time with your instructor. We don't vary that based on course level — the same level of care goes into the foundational course as into the advanced one.
The three courses are designed to connect. If you work through all three, you're not starting over at each level — the vocabulary, tools, and habits you build in the first course carry through the whole sequence. That's deliberate.
Foundations
Python and the core ideas of machine learning — covered at a pace that builds understanding rather than just familiarity.
Practical application
Real datasets, model building, and the interpretive work that makes results useful — not just techniques in isolation.
End-to-end delivery
Working with modern models, integrating them into software, deploying, and presenting a complete capstone application.
Starting Out in AI
A gentle entry point for those who are curious about building with AI. The course introduces Python and the foundational ideas of machine learning — at a pace that assumes no prior coding background and doesn't rush past the parts that typically catch people out.
What you'll cover
- Python basics — variables, data structures, functions, and loops
- How machine learning models work and what they're useful for
- Working with data using pandas
- Your first trained model, evaluated and explained
How it runs
Guided lessons released weekly — work through them at your own pace
Weekly live session with the instructor — questions welcome
Short exercises with written feedback from your mentor
Final project: a working model you chose the topic for
RM 235
Hands-On Machine Learning
For learners with basic Python who want to build and genuinely understand their own models. The focus is on the work between getting data and getting a result — preparing it carefully, choosing methods thoughtfully, and making sense of what the model is actually doing.
What you'll cover
- Data preparation and feature engineering in depth
- Classification, regression, and clustering methods
- Model evaluation, validation, and interpreting results
- Beginning a small portfolio with guided assignments
How it runs
Lesson recordings released weekly with supporting notebooks
Live workshops focused on applying techniques, not just explaining them
Mentor-reviewed assignments with specific code comments
Portfolio entry: a complete modelling project with write-up
RM 283
Shipping Real AI Applications
A deeper course for learners who are comfortable with machine learning and want to build something complete — an application that connects models to real software and can be deployed and used. The course ends with a capstone that you develop and present with mentor guidance.
What you'll cover
- Working with modern language models and APIs
- Integrating AI components into full software applications
- Deployment options, monitoring, and responsible release
- Capstone: a complete AI application with individual review
How it runs
Weekly lessons covering architecture, integration, and deployment
Live sessions with project check-ins and instructor feedback
Individual mentor guidance during capstone development
Final review session before capstone submission
RM 329

What we apply across all three courses
Updated before each cohort
Course content is reviewed and updated before every cohort starts. When tools or best practices change, the lessons reflect that.
Written, specific feedback
Assignments are reviewed by a mentor who writes specific comments — not just a score or a generic note. Code reviews include the reasoning behind suggestions.
Learner data handled carefully
We collect only what's needed for enrolment and course delivery, stored securely and never shared for marketing purposes, in line with PDPA 2010.
Clear terms before enrolment
Course scope, fees, and what's included are all stated clearly before you sign up. No surprises once you've committed.
Post-cohort feedback collected
Every cohort ends with a structured feedback process. What learners tell us goes directly into how we update the next cohort's content and delivery.
Capped cohort sizes
We limit enrolment numbers so that mentor attention remains meaningful — not symbolic — across the full duration of each course.
Course fees at a glance
All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Each price is the full cost — no add-ons or platform charges.
